Adobe has produced a version of its Flash player for mobile devices, dubbed Flash Lite 3, that is designed to offer video quality on cell phones that more closely matches desktop computers. No word yet on whether or not this is the version of Flash that will eventually end up on Apple's iPhone, but Nokia has already signed on for its cell phones.
